What if it says something wrong? +

We designed Fondly to fail quietly on your behalf. Any review under 3 stars is automatically escalated — we never auto-post to an unhappy customer. For 4- and 5-star replies, you can turn on "approve first" mode if you want a human-in-the-loop on everything. Most owners turn it off after a week.

How is this different from Birdeye or Podium? +

Birdeye and Podium are dashboards. They show you reviews and let you reply faster. Fondly is an agent — it does the replying. No dashboard to check, no notifications to snooze. And we cost a third of what they do.

Will Google flag the replies as AI? +

No. Google's policy is about authenticity and accuracy — not authorship. Replies are posted through your official Google Business Profile API with your consent, in your voice, referencing real customer feedback. That's exactly how their policy reads.

What if I don't like how it sounds? +

You can retrain the voice profile anytime from your dashboard. If it still doesn't feel right after two attempts, we'll refund you and help you offboard. We only want customers who feel great about the replies going out.

Is my customer data safe? +

Yes. We don't sell, share, or transfer your data. Reviews are processed and stored encrypted, and you can request deletion at any time — we honor it within 30 days. Full privacy policy here.
